Founded in 2019, Midwest Vision Partners (MVP) is a premier provider of eyecare services. Their network consists of 6 practices and 74 physicians who provide medical and surgical eye care treatments at 38 locations in Ohio and Michigan.  

MVP implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and an eProcurement solution. The solution provides a centralized financial structure and reporting feature for a holistic view across all the locations. The eProcurement solution unifies the purchasing of products and puts spending caps in place for approval.

The entire deployment time was 9 weeks and has empowered MVP to have better control and best practices in place to centralize their accounting and procurement activities across all locations.
